Community Care-Prayer Outreach has been around for 45 years assisting the residents of Mid-County; Port Arthur, Nederland, Port Neches, and Groves. We consider helping our friends and neighbors our upmost priority and greatest honor. We believe that through connection, networking, and physical assistance-through prayer and services provided makes our community the best that it can be.
